MedSkillBuilder Fall 2026 Learning Sweepstakes

1. Sponsor

The MedSkillBuilder Fall 2026 Learning Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by MedSkillBuilder LLC (“Sponsor”). Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, administrator of, or affiliated with this Sweepstakes.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, representatives, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins September 8, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends November 29, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period are not eligible.

4. How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, complete an eligible MedSkillBuilder quiz or Academy and submit the associated qualifying score or completion form using your name and a valid, active email address. Eligible MedSkillBuilder activities are available without charge. No purchase, payment, or fee is required to enter or win.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per active email address for the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the number of eligible activities completed or submissions made. Multiple submissions associated with the same person or email address will be consolidated into one entry. Use of multiple email addresses or identities to obtain additional entries is prohibited and may result in disqualification.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) new pair of Apple AirPods Pro 3. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $249. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor may, subject to applicable law, substitute a new prize of equal or greater retail value. Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except where Sponsor determines substitution is necessary or permitted by law. Sponsor will pay ordinary delivery costs within the United States. Any taxes legally associated with acceptance or use of the prize are the winner's responsibility.

6. Random Drawing and Odds

On November 30, 2026, Sponsor will select one potential winner at random from all eligible entries received. Eligible submissions will be deduplicated so that each eligible person and active email address appears only once in the drawing. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winner will be notified at the email address associated with the selected entry. Official winner notification will be sent only from MedSkillBuilder@yahoo.com. The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of the notification and provide information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and deliver the prize.

If the potential winner does not respond within 72 hours, the notification is returned as undeliverable, the entrant cannot be verified, the entrant declines the prize, or the entrant is otherwise ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and Sponsor may randomly select an alternate potential winner.

MedSkillBuilder will never require payment, a purchase, credit-card information, banking information, or a fee to claim the prize.

8. Entry Verification and Conduct

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and the validity of entries and to disqualify entries reasonably determined to be fraudulent, automated, fictitious, manipulated, duplicated contrary to these Official Rules, or otherwise inconsistent with these Official Rules. Sponsor's decisions regarding administration and eligibility are final to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Privacy

Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, deliver the prize, and otherwise in accordance with MedSkillBuilder's applicable privacy practices. Entry into this Sweepstakes does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing email.

10. Technical Issues; Modification or Cancellation

To the extent permitted by law, Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or technically unsuccessful submissions or for website, email, Formspree, network, or other technical failures outside Sponsor's reasonable control. Sponsor may, subject to applicable law, suspend, modify, or cancel the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical problems, unauthorized intervention, or circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially impair the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, members, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except for rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

12. Winner Information

After the winner has been verified, winner information will be available beginning December 7, 2026 by emailing MedSkillBuilder@yahoo.com with the subject line “Fall 2026 Sweepstakes Winner List.” Sponsor will provide winner information to the extent required by applicable law while respecting applicable privacy requirements.

13. Governing Law

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Maryland, without limiting any non-waivable rights entrants may have under applicable law in their state of residence.
